| We arrived in Heho from Yangon and got directly into a van with our luggage and set off to Kakku to see the stupas there. On the way, we stopped and picked up Eyi-Eyi, our Pa-O guide since this is required to enter Pa-O lands, where Kakku is located. She was a delightful guide, and the drive gave us our first look at Myanmar in the countryside. I took these pictures mostly from the moving van using the "sports" setting on my camera (and the zoom when taking through the windshield). I'm pretty happy how they came out. |
